The Xyna Factory is based conceptual on the vision developed in the institute GIP Research of a customer-centered and automated production of personalized services.
In order to be competitive in the convergent Future Internet and analogous intelligent nets (e.g. Smart Grids or electric mobility nets), net operators and service providers have to develop their services at a reasonable price and put on the market thereupon based product variations quickly. Risen customer standards and dynamic market segments require a high degree in customizability and flexibility.
The Xyna Factory pursues this approach strictly: Services are developed from generic, and on the needs of the provider flexible adaptable base modules. Based on this individualized services can be developed automatically, flexible and complexity-optimized – as in industrial assembly lines.
Thereby, profits the Xyna Factory from the knowledge gained at the GIP Research Institute regarding the challenges and demands of the future, like the management of self-organizing nets (SON), the dynamic net configuration for cellular networks of the 4th generation (LTE) or the automation of production and Self Care processes for SME corporate customer products.
