Strong growth of the business division in the next years expected

The early 2009 founded business division “Smart Grid/ eMobilty” and the corresponding BMWi research project “StroPa”, to develop an intelligent infrastructure for electric vehicles energy parking slots, proving to be very successful. Together with our network partners juwi (Wörrstadt), Fröschl Systems (Regensburg), Institute for mobility and traffic (University of Kaiserslautern) and Fraunhofer IWES (Kassel) important findings and innovative concepts for the electronic mobile future could be developed. GIP recruited already several new employees for this division and plans to recruit even more.

The aim of these activities is the successful positioning of GIP as a provider of innovative and intelligent solutions for process automation and network configuration in the field of renewable, regional and accordingly decentralized energy supply.
