We offer a variety of services for the instances of the XSF which are installed / built-in at our customers - in part collaborating with partner companies. Our services vary from defined reaction / response times and 24 / 7 supports to controlled Xyna update and patch services and the build up of tight development partnerships to continuous and long-term further development of a system.

Education & Training
We provide an all-embracing concept to educate the employees of our customers in using and independent further development (e.g. workflow-modelling or support of interfaces) of the XSF. We also offer educations autonomous of Xnya - employee and management education, especially for up-to-date and complex technology and software issues (e.g. NGN, IMS, BPEL, SOA).

In close collaboration with the GIP Research Institute we develop, by order of our customers, producibility-, technology- and market studies as well as high-qualified analysis, audits and commendations - based on that upcoming technology or software decisions will be evaluated.
