Precepts
Your trust is important to us. GIP Exyr GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and adheres to the rules of data protection, in particular to the regulations of the basic EU data protection regulation (DS-GVO). Personal data will only be processed if the data subject has consented or if another law permits or prescribes the processing. Personal information is any information that is used to identify you and which can be traced back to you, such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

By sending your application to GIP Exyr GmbH you have implicitly given us your consent to process the data contained therein. You can revoke this at any time informally with effect for the future.

Information about the collection of personal data
In the course of reviewing and evaluating your application, the personal data contained in your application will be processed. Usually, these are your name, your address, your date and place of birth, your marital status and other data, especially your education or professional career.

Like the entire application, this information is processed exclusively within the application process. After an unsuccessful application, the application documents are generally deleted (e-mail applications) or sent back to the applicant (postal applications) after a permissible retention period. The data is not merged with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and b DS-GVO.

A revocation of your given consent for the processing and storage of your data is possible at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation.

A passing on of your data to further third parties is not intended. However, if we are obliged to do so by law, we will inform you.
Furthermore, we offer you the possibility to contact us by e-mail at any time. If you contact us with questions of any kind, please give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting us. When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, if applicable your name and your telephone number) will be stored in our e-mail system in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist.
Your consent can be revoked at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation.

You have the following rights towards us regarding your personal data:

  • right to limitation of processing,
  • right of opposition to the processing,
  • Right to data transferability.
