Goal Focus: Which product should be brought to the market? Which bottleneck of the end customer should be addressed? Here the GIP differentiates by the combination of products, networks (incl. Protocols) and processes to an extensive production system.

Management of Complexity: The reduction to the essentials (Reduce to the max) is the central requirement, so that only the minimal complexity remains. A systematic approach based on models is used, in which the Visual Thinking realized by visualization of products and processes plays a central role.

Ability for Cooperation: Telco projects and programs are held under the integration of various parties receiving often contradictory objectives. While the marketing departments want to bring products to the market quickly, for network operations the stability is the highest priority. The unique feature of the GIP is the ablity to integrate these parties efficiently.

With the no-frills approach, GIP has thereby created a special tool to break the vicious circle of endless basic democratic laps. It represents a target-focused cooperation method based on minimal complexity.
