About Doc Bernds' FutureLab
Dr. Bernd Reifenhäuser holds a doctorate in physics and is the founder of GIP. Innovations are part of his DNA and as an inventor he holds numerous patents in various fields, such as the Quantum Grid - a power grid like the Internet. As President and Spiritus Rector of the GIP Research Institute and Member of the Board of GIP AG, he is responsible for the direction of GIP AG and the activities of the GIP Research Institute. Today, his main interest is Future Energy and the further development of the Quantum Grid. Since the Quantum Grid is primarily software-defined and AI-driven, he is also addressing the question "Can we copy the Brain" as well as current trends in telecommunications and information technology. His latest area of study is in systemic and algorithmic biology, for example energy production based on optimized SynBio - systems.
In the past, Doc Bernd designed and shaped the very successful Xyna conference with the thematic orientations.
